The room is equipped for all kinds of presentations with DVD, VHS Video, 35mm slides with carousel, computer display including live internet feed, overhead projector, sound amplifier. A large screen and supplementary monitors can be used. Flip charts and white boards are supplied as standard equipment; the other facilities are available on request.

The room can be arranged to accommodate tables in any pattern to suit client requirements, exhibition stands or cinema style seating to a maximum of 90 people. Partitions can be set up to divide the top of the room into two additional syndicate areas.
