As businesses get beyond the start-up phase they require assistance to develop and grow. The FEAT business development team offers advice and assistance through the Business Gateway Business Growth Programme.
Assessment of Needs
Existing businesses targeting growth will be offered a business advisory session with one of our business growth team. This session will assess the business's current situation, plans for growth and potential. An action plan for development of the business will be developed as a result and where appropriate clients will be
referred to an appropriate discretionary service.
Focus on Growth
This is a discretionary
Business Gateway service delivered by the FEAT business growth team. Businesses referred to Focus on Growth following initial assessment may be offered a business development review. Businesses completing the review may either be supported through the Focus on Growth programme or referred to another growth programme, which meets their needs.
Business Growth

Signposting
Our staff also provide a signposting service for businesses and people starting up in business. If a client requires assistance, which can be obtained from elsewhere in the Forth Valley Business Support Network.
